Materials: Polyester outer shell with polyester filling. Nylon extras. Embroidered eyes. Velcro loop and hook strips to attach. Instructions: Place accessory head over top of scooter handlebars. Secure sides around scooter shaft using Velcro side pieces. Washing Instructions: Machine washable at 30 degrees. Use mild detergent. Made in accordance with BS5665, EN71 and Toys (safety) Regulations 2011. Adult supervision is recommended with children under 3 years of age.
